it said that you couldnt stream or download w/ your internet connection, so I think if they included that they would have included that you actually need a device to use the internet with. Im going to assume that they provide you with a laptop or something, since it didnt specify otherwise. I think the high powered desktop, where they consistently furnish you with upgrades is simply for comp geeks.
