Easter Sunday in Baltimore all the kids get fresh and head to the Inner Harbor to engage in fukkery. Easter of 96 was when Lil Kim was IT. The majority of the girls out that night looked like this

We had a water balloon fight on my street. Young chick was driving a go-kart at the same time.......A water balloon was launched at the go-kart, she swerved and hit my friend's little nephew(Yeah dude was like 13-14 with a nephew)......Anyway, his leg was broken....needless to say the the battle was broken up.......

Summer in the 90's as a kid for me was mad fun. Super soakers, bikes, walking to the corner store on the regular basis and we use to hold foot racing tournaments for all the kids on the block to see who was the fastest.
Also, playing Super Nintendo and Sega all the time. My dad hooked us up and put the TV, SNES and Sega on the porch so we could play outside. Kids on the block would come to the porch to play and we didn't have to worry about fights breaking out or games getting stolen cause are parents were all cool with each other.

Yea those water fights never ended on a good note. Usually when somebody got hurt or we got some old person wet by accident. One of my boys had those backpack guns that did mad damage but took like 5 minutes to fill up. He thought he was slick and snuck around the alley to fill up in this old persons backyard. We ambushed him and he fell down the back steps and broke his arm
