Worldstar did the same thing.Dudes been running scripts since Myspace days. This is why they wiped out so many Instagram followers from Mason Betha's page and YouTube tries to verify views the best they can.

Its funny cause as soon as a video gets taken down it reappears almost immediately.Youtube is literally the wildest streaming service. The whole business premise of youtube is that google got more money than the record labels so the legal threats to take down work doesnt really work. Its a laugh.
What I don't understand is how can YouTube legally make money off the music? Are musicians letting them put up their whole album? Does YouTube just pay a monthly fee to record labels? If they don't get a complaint they just leave the music up? What about music from an unsigned artist that gets uploaded by someone that has no connection to them? Who is getting paid off of that?

so if I uploaded a K-Rino song but titled it something else and the video got a million views YouTube would pay his label?YouTube has a contract to pay royalties per view to record labels every time an artists music is played.
When it comes to unsigned artists, they're pretty much in the same space as content creators. Ad revenue is how YouTube makes money off these guys.

Wow didn't know about that. Makes a lot of sense thanksExactly. They have an automated Content ID system that does exactly that. So any chances of nikkas thinking they slick enough to get millions of views ripping off an artists song(unless they're unsigned) aren't gonna get the cash.
