Sam Vecenie of The Athletic ran through a mock draft/big board exercise for the 1st round on his latest Game Theory podcast, so I thought it might be interesting to transcribe it and get your thoughts. This team is bad breh. I’m not getting my hopes up again. I just want to see the young guys play meaningful minutes. That’s it. Idc if we win 12 games this year.
Do we need like 5 straight pages of talking about how wack frank and Kevin are and possible future picks

:mjlol: we wouldnt see none of that with our prior coaching staff and you know it
you keep moving goalposts
levels of trash :mjlol:
please stop
What you mean you wouldn’t see it :mjlol:

If you can play, you can play :mjlol:

It definitely wouldn’t take him 3 years to score 20 points :mjlol:

Coaching staff :mjlol:

Coaching staff :mjlol:
:mjlol: knox showed flashes his whole first year then got relegated to the bench for myriad of reasons
the same exact shyt would happen to any other young player whose development wouldnt get prioritized.
"if you can play you can play" shyt aint never that black and white for the overwhelming majority of athletes in multiple sports :mjlol:
correct situations bring the best out of players and we aint been the correct situation for 20 something years :mjlol:
but please tell me how THT would be an allstar

Knox had a super long leash his rookie year he played more than he would on any other team.

Outside of his December the analytics have him as arguably the worst player in the league

Nobody said THT would be an All-Star he just wouldn’t be as bad as Frank has been

This narrative that Knox and Frank are these guys who never play and are always getting pulled who are constantly playing out of position who would be getting all these minutes on other teams. It’s bullshyt.

This whole woe is me scarred Knicks fan shyt y’all got going on it’s sad put some personal responsibility on the guy in year 4

Terrance Clarke and Garuba are solid trade ups with the Mavs pick and all those extra seconds we have.

What would you rather us discuss? 2 second clips of RJ shooting in the background of Knicks Ig videos? Games haven’t even started yet.
