Bullshyt, blacks had fundamentals tools during slavery to build economically, a lot of the licensing laws in this country today were made to stop a practice slave masters had developed in Louisiana of letting slaves learn trades, and sell their skills on the market and only getting a cut of the profit from that business. Did you know that? You know that black americans after slavery were growing economically and to the point in the 1920s, despite having the chain gang racket, had a employment rate in the upper 90%, had black owned banks, our own towns, and economic freedom to advance within our own communitties, so don't claim something doesn't exist when its historically documented that it did, in even worse conditions than we operate under to this day.

Blacks need help from each other, begging whites to help is foolish, especially when you've already conceded they are the reason you are struggling in the first place. Only a fool would ask a man who shot him to help him go to the hospital or treat the wound they inflicted. IMHO.

She ain't asking y'all to appeal for shyt. Shes asking of you to make demands and fight, possibly die if you have to to get what is due to you, your ancestors, and your community. But it's much easier to hope that maybe one day one of us might make it and we can live vicariously through their sucess and pretend like our entire community isn't hurting and in need of a solution that will elevate all of us. Fact is ALL black people in this country are struggling, we're ALL facing the same problems, and if it's not directly affecting us, it's someone in our circle that is facing them. Individual instances of economic success cannnot and has never led to community uplift. Only policy makers can do that. You can be stubborn about it all you want but that's just the reality. Even with an economic base without the administrative support there to back it up then they'll just take it away see: black wall street. You're either at the table or on the menu

Yes, she is literally appealing to whites to help black people, the same white people she says are the cause of blacks needing help. This is a fact, whether you want to accept it or not.
All black people in this country aren't struggling financially, we struggle from systematic white supremacy though, and you can't beg white people to end it because it wouldn't exist if they didn't want it to.
Individual instances of economic success can and do uplift communities, it wasn't economics or lack of socialism or government handouts that destroyed black wall street, that destroyed our communities and gathering places for black economics, its white americans bombing and shooting us, white supremacy militerized. The same white supremacist designed system you are appealing to, the US government, is what you are asking to stop white supremacy? That isn't going to work. It seems more to me its asking white supremacist for handouts instead of trying to remove ourselves from being entirely dependent on their systems and that is dangerous.

That said, you won't ever see me publically attack a black liberal socialist (whatever variety) for the benefit of whites, because although I vehemently disagree with what you say, what you stand for , and argue, I"m content to let you speak against whites publicaly and challenge them. Why can't liberal blacks do the same for us? Well the various forms of economic socialism have shown to be nothing but backdoors to government totalitarianism. On top of that, if you want to claim capitalism is exploitative its voluntarilly exploitative, while the exploitation in socialism is very muched forced and coercive.
