They both make good points but Yvette goes out of her way to shyt on people who think entrepreneurship is a plausible solution. She even had an insert where she made fun of this black girl who bombed on shark tank as if it was unique to her when others also face similar issues. The Farrakhan and Elijah Cummings rants were over the top too, like the bigger problem was their statements against some white people instead of what she thought would be the consequences of those actions. Yvette seems to think playing nice, or what she calls doing politics, is a better strategy to deal with a Government that is philosophically set in its ways, when the Jeff Sessions shyt was going down she kind of sheepishly said "they are saying Sessions is a racist" as if it was something only Democrats had ever said. Playing polite with the Republicans seems to be the subtext of her videos even though she fails to read the political leaves, she criticized those HBCU students for booing DeVos because she controls the budget however she fails to take into account the fact that school privatization, vouchers etc have been established as a right wing strategy for education regardless of how those students behaved. I feel like if you have read or are familiar with the data she always talks about you won't learn anything new, she rarely adds anything analytical.
Edit. And while it is fukked up about the payment thing I thought that was the standard model of the internet blogosphere, it is more about building a name and traffic before moving on to a monetized platform. Huffpo is famous for that model.
