The smartest thing the NFLPA and Zekes legal team did was file in TEXAS, Which might get them an overall W in the end.

And Brady won the court case. NFL won the appeal. Brady could've taken it to the supreme court but said fukk it.

This is different though. Zeke has to take it to the supreme court if he has too because his name is being slandered. He's being accused of a crime he was not arrested or convicted of.

Not sure why people are comparing this to the Brady case cause at this point the two cases are nothing alike...

There is a chance that Zeke could still be suspended for something else but it is going to be almost impossible now for the NFL to suspend him for DV...

The judge pretty much straight up said the nfl violated the cba between the nfl and the nflpa when it omitted Kia Roberts testimony...also pretty much accused the nfl of collusion when they instead decided to listen to Friel...

Court cases going to drag on for a year or more probably...

Brady played in an one a SB right after the shyt originally popped off and then it took over a year for him to actually serve the suspension and then he won another SB that same year. Pretty sure Zeke and co. would have not problem "not getting away" like that.
