Self made billionaires should be able to exist but nepo babies should be abolished. There should be a 99% estate tax over 2 million :manny:
No such thing as a self made billionaire. They make their money of exploiting regular folks. Bezos got dude pissing in bottles and working during natural disasters and using his money to crush and union talk so he can keep stealing

That's bullshyt. Your ambitions, drive, talents, successes, etc should allow you to make as much money as possible.
Sure, ambition and drive can take someone far, but the system we live in isn't built to reward merit or talent equally, it's designed to concentrate wealth in the hands of a few. The reality is that for most people, opportunities are heavily shaped by factors like privilege, background, and access to resources, none of which have to do with their individual worth or work ethic.

There's no such thing as a "self-made" billionaire. That is a myth that ignores this systemic imbalance. When people rise to the top through exploiting workers, evading taxes, or raping the environment, they aren't creating real wealth, they're extracting it. And people like that shouldn't be allowed to exist.

If billionaires were just chilling then I don’t think people have an issue. But the fact is that billlionaires have massive influence in all aspects of society, mostly to benefit themselves at the expense of everyone else. Should billionaires be influencing and deciding so much?

Why stop there?

Should millionaires like his parents not exist?

Should university professors like his father be paid $250,000 a year to teach some classes, do research, and write some books?
I think you're missing the point. He's critiquing a system that allows such vast disparities in wealth and power. A professor making $250k a year isn't the problem, especially given the value they contribute to society. The real issue lies with the billionaire class, and how they profit from systemic exploitation and hoarding wealth that was extracted through those means. Where's the value in that?

Main concern is who gets that "extra money" instead of billionaires having it politicians would be the richest people or no?

Coli nikkas making 4 figure salaries are sticking up for billionaires :dead:

Dude is right to reign in billionaires.

They can’t even spend all that. After a certain amount of money (let’s say 2B), the excess should flow back into society. You can come up with a prestigious name for it in which the ultra rich take pride in the surplus they contribute.
The issue arises in that a lot of net worth isn’t simply cash, but assets in stock, property, funds etc. I don’t see how that could be redirected to the general population.

I’d say it should go to infrastructure, education, healthcare, home buying grants, childcare etc, but these politicians would definitely find a way to funnel it towards themselves.
