i think dude is dope and im gonna support, but bringin him out and trying to peg him as some sort of savior to the music is tough and could also leave him extremely pigeonholed to the 'we only listen to real hip hop' crowd. i hope the best for afro tho, he sounds great and the video does well at painting him as someone you wanna root for.

If there was hype, and you put out your first project, and the hype nosedives, it means you don't live up to the hype. There was nothing 'lasting' about your appeal. Period.
