Not true. She would have eventually killed herself whenever in her life she felt extremly embarrassed. You can't blame him. Lots of people have had their hair removed like that and they are still alive. She is the problem, not her father/punishment. She is the cause of her own death. Anyone who kills themselves has (had) mental issues.

He didn't cause anything. She would have killed herself if anything made her feel that way, even if it was a classmate who embarrassed her, because she had mental/emotional issues and didn't handle her emotions in a better way. She is the problem.
