Truthfully I know you're trying to make a point but if you're not ready to catch the fade I'd shut the fukk up after this comment and girls in Iraq are probably the most submissive and mentally weak their is (I'm not even makin fun of them, it's fukked up)
It's her parents fault in the sense that all parenting should be within your own household and they never probably talked with her but still at 13 you should not kill yourself for a haircut. There's 10 year old girls who cut their hair for cancer patients daily. She shouldn't have been getting messed up if she couldn't deal with the consequences, as messed up as they were they weren't life altering.
The problem with this generation is that nobody raises their kids, they let tv and Internet do it so most kids are weak. I live 30 minutes away from my sisters but yet and still everyday before work I drive 30 minutes to take them to school. I come over 3 nights a week to help with homework. If my 13 year old niece acts up I take her cellphone and tv away that i bought and within 3 hours she's apologizing, I don't need to beat or humiliate them and then I talk with them about where they went wrong and how Unc don't play that, I tell I do this cause I care for them and wanna see them succeed in life better than I ever did and when they're older theyll understand. And you know what, who do you think they call on father's day? Their real dad ain't call in 3 years. Raise your fukkin kids brehs
