Half the Bills first team D backers and linemen didn't play yesterday, and Fitz played very well, but even fools are right sometimes
A fool is still a fool though and trusting him is like trusting a 6 yeat old to cross the road. Fitz is still not a good enough QB to lead is to the playoffs. We're still hamsters spinning in a wheel hoping to win the Grand Derby with Fitz, same as ever.

I didn't see it. Revis was beaten by an Olympic sprinter who has never beaten him in the past, and turned on the Jets (excuse the pun) this time to do so. That's just a part of playing in the NFL against elite talent. The other big TD was the Tyrol scramble, which wasn't the secondary fault.
We won yesterday because of Fitz and our receivers like we lost the week prior due to Fitz playing Checkdown.
Against this schedule, our games will depend on Fitz's performance same as the last two. Either he plays well and we win or he doesn't and we lose.
He has the weapons and D to succeed in every game. It's about making the plays and throws.

It's gonna boil down to ownership not taking a chance on a younger guy (on the roster) with the high priced veterans that we have. This team is built to win now, and if Fitz blows it (like most are predicting) .. The second we're mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, we'll see a younger guy in there. Whether it be Petty, Geno or Hack.
I just don't understand why people can't ride with whomever the coaching staff thinks gives us the best opportunity to win. I honestly don't care who's behind center for us, as long as the staff feels they can win games for us. I've got no problem saying that I think Fitz can sneak us into a wild card spot. He almost did last year, until he shyt the bed in week 17. I don't think (with my UNtrained eye) that either of the other guys on the roster can do that. Not yet anyway. It's my opinion.
If the staff were to do a complete 180 and thrown Geno in there after .. Say, week 5 .. And he leads us to the playoffs, or at least close .. I'd have no problem admitting I was wrong, and I'd be excited for my team. And I'd be excited for Geno.
Just because your 'guy' isn't in there doesn't mean you should trash the guy that is. The Jets are OUR fukking team fellas. Yea they've got a history of breaking our hearts ... But damn. It's Jets all day. No matter who's taking snaps. Right?

Exactly. If the roster was horrible and the team was in rebuilding mode I'd be totally against Fitz being in there.
I don't understand how dudes are like "all Fitz gets us is a middle of the pack draft" and then the very next post say "u could put anybody in there and they will win us 8 games". This team isn't built for tanking. McG and Bowles aren't interested in the draft. They are interested in winning this season. Maybe putting it on Fitzpatrick to get us there isn't the greatest bet to make, but it's a better bet than putting it on anybody else we have on the roster.
Just hope for the best man its all we can do. This team obviously has talent. I mean did I dream it or did I not see Trent fukking dilfer play in a super bowl and win? Did I not see mark sanchez almost take us there TWICE? It CAN happen.

If we can have a legit downfield passing attack and Forte can stay healthy the offense should be pretty good. Chan just needs to stop getting cute with the designed plays imo.
Secondary cant get any worse moving forward. Hopefully all the negative press gets to Revis. And how about Enunwa???

This is what it is. He's not the ideal option but I trust him a lot more than the other 3 we have and with the weapons we have on offense you have to go with the guy who gives you the best chance to win. If we had the kind of talent around him Geno had his rookie year i would have no problem throwing one of the younger guys out there because the team would have no chance so we might as well try to develop a QB for the future but this is a win now team.
The worst thing you can do to a young qb is to throw him to the wolves while your team is shytty. That's how you fukk a team up and fukk that qb up.This is the time to develop a young qb. Guys like fitz play when your team sucks and you're trying to rebuild and use him as a place holder.
Anytime someone says "he gives us the best chance to win" is basically saying you know he aint shyt.
How anyone can trust fitz is beyond me. He's proven he isn't good enough.
