He was. T-Mac had a hot 3-4 years, Pierce is still going. My nikka just came off a season where he averaged 20/6/5 per 36mpg with limited shots.
The only reason people say T-Mac was better is because he took more shots. fukk him and Iverson and their overrated careers.

We've had his discussion. All nba teams means nothing to me when Pierce didn't make any team in his best statistical season. Pierce has probably played with the least amount of talent in his prime than any other hall of famer/multi x all star of the 2000s.

What's the cause of this obsession that's been constant ever since S*HH? Why do folk feel the need to stretch the legend of both these players? Is it just a reflection of the coli's demographic - where their rise to stardom coincided with the period of time, when the majority of the board were at an impressionable age - making A.I. and T-Mac no more than some ol' right-place-right-time ass nikkas? Are single mother households to blame? Was it because they hated Kobe? Was it because they felt related to Iverson's regular size ass and wanted to live vicariously through him with their unattainable hoop dreams? Or was it because McGrady had better peripheral vision than the normal human being?
Bubba Chuck's a top 25 player all-time, how's he overrated?

Iverson was overrated because of that 2001 run and his style "this is mainly a hip hop forum" Iverson was able to shoot sub 40% in the playoffs and nikkaz this he single handedly carried his team. The East in 2001 was very weak too.
Tmac's peak was amazing. It might be slightly overrated since I know for a fact that KG and Timmy were better players DURING Tmac's peak years but still people think he had like the greatest peak since MJ.

I think Paul Pierce in 05-06 was better than T-Mac ever was. 26.8 on 18 shots per game. Lead the league in points per shot on some LeBron James shyt.
Pierce never had a season where he took anywhere near the FGA T-Mac and Iverson took in their primes. You guys are blinded by these dudes who take a million shots.
