So what he's a reserve officer. He's around people who self incriminate themselves on wax. With all that illuminati BS I seen going into this decade of Hip Hop, how come no one has ever suspected Shaq of being an informant??? That would be part of his job correct??

No I dont see how it would be. He doesnt get paid any money hes like a community spoke person. Hes not working as a cop 9-5 doing investigations pulling people over hes still covering NBA games and has to actually pay his own insurance to be a "Reserve Cop". ANY RAPPER doing any dirt around anyone famous that's not in there click is stupid anyway let alone someone that lets you know they hang around police. He hasn't denied his position in public like Rick Ross nor ever said F the Police. So to me that answers your original question on why he doesnt get "Flack". He hasnt done anything to deserve it publicly yet. Ross denying his job as well as other ducktales (and I like Ross music) is what allows people to question and give him "Flack" .

Stupid muthafukka, Shaq ain't regarded as some lyrical Hip-Hop God.

Ice-T did a song called "Cop Killer" and then had a second career as a cop on TV.

Ice Cube did a song called "fukk The Police" and then played a cop in a movie later on.

See the difference? Or do you need your bifocals? :whoo:

1) The name calling is unnesseary. No one in real life talks to me like u are right now....Leave the e thug talk for your little brother and keep it cordial.

2) You still missing the contradition...... Hip Hop overall(meaning the rappers and the fans) have categorized the police as oppressors of the urban community for decades...NOT ACTORS BUT ACTUAL POLICE...... U saying that gansgter rappers played cops in movies has absolutly nothing to do with the conversation.....We arent talking about Shaq playing a cop in a movie we are talking about Shaq actually being down with Popo. If Hip Hop has categorized cops as oppressors for decades then why hasn't Shaq gotten Flack for it?? U still havent answered that question and its teh first question I asked.

This is speculation but atleast u are someone who is attempting to actually answer the question

U make a good point....But the only problem is that when U have a rapper like Big Boi saying fukk The Ho Lice...he isn't specifying....he's speaking on all of them. No one specifys, they reserve that "fukk You" for all police......I'm pointing out how the contradiction comes in because rappers dont specify between good cops and Bad cops. they never do that and neither does Hip Hop as a whole. All police get lumped into one. I've never heard Hip Hop as a whole specify between good and bad cop....for decades they all have been labeled as oppressors. Thats where the hypocricy lies in why Shaq not getting flack for being associated with police.

With all this hoopla in Hip Hop about snitching. All that flack Rick Ross got for being a Correctional Officer. All that BS I remember in the last decade about the Hip Hop police, its always boggled me at how Shaq, with all of his Hip Hop associations, never got any heat for being a cop. I once heard that the industry is filled with informants. Who's to say Shaq isn't one? Eric Sermon, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, Rza, Redman, Method Man, Warren G, Ill and Al Scracth, Biggie, Jay Z, Lord Trariq, Peter Gunz, DJ Quik, Canibus, Fu Shnickens, Sauce Money, Mobb Deep and Rakim. All of these rappers have done work with Shaq and some of them fall under the category of rappers who are known for drug use or/and criminal activity involving violence. Who's to say Shaq doesn't get close with these guys to the point they get comfortable self incriminating, in which Shaq later informs his superiors? How many arrests, prosecutions and incarcerations has Shaq been a part of that involved Black people???

On March 2, 2005, O'Neal was given an honorary U.S. Deputy Marshal title

- In September 2006, O'Neal took part in a raid on a home in rural Bedford County, Virginia. O'Neal had been made an "honorary deputy" by the local sheriff's department. O'Neal is not qualified as a SWAT

- Shaquille O'Neal provided an assist to police over the weekend. O'Neal, who hopes to be a police chief or county sheriff one day, was already being fitted for his Miami Beach police uniform
before he helped the police out. "For this incident I don't want to be credited as an individual
who does police work," O'Neal said in a statement. "I want to be credited as a Miami Beach police officer."

:jbhmm:

Okay, serious questions, dawg...no shade, either:

You say people are deflecting but the reality is Shaq is not a rapper - he's a basketball player who happened to make rap records. Your attempts to make him a rapper in THIS context (e.g., a rapper who became a cop with the potential to tell on nikkas) is on some :heh: shyt.

Secondly, where are you getting this notion that he could be complicit in telling on people? That's purely speculative, something you made up in your own head, but you in here asking why he gets a pass for it? :what: You got PROOF that Shaq does that? Has ANYONE he ever hung around suddenly get indicted or some shyt? Why are you asking us to validate tinfoil hat opinions, B? :jbhmm:

No actually.....I never used him being a rapper as any point I was trying to prove. U brought up him being a rapper. I speciffically pointed out that he was "associated" with Hip Hop...two different things.

Are u serious?? Why wouldnt one be suspicious of an actual cop not telling?? Dude..u cant be serious. When TI got off for those guns everyone was speculating. He's a freaking cop...why do u think he would be exempt from giving inside info...Thats what cops do.

Its not speculation you can look it up he pays his own insurance and doesnt take a salary and I watch the NBA so I see him on half time shows. If you dont get it thats fine doesnt really affect my life but I have seen plenty of explanations peace I'm out .

Sorry buddy....But that NWA movie and 2pac and pretty much Hip Hop has said otherwise for decades.

Everything u just said is the exact opposite of what Hip Hop has been saying for decades. You are talking from "your" perspective....Not the perspective of what Hip Hop has been promoting for decades.

Hip hop isn't just Gangsta rap.

But fukk it, tell us how that ass taste. :shaq:
