I think the biggest impact on reducing the black birth rate would be some kind of mass birth control movement until the women are 18. That would severely reduce the amount of single motherhood tremendously and would help blacks actually build up income. This baby mama shyt is straight ratchet and is setting up black women for failure even before they can really try in the world. I don't think it's the woman's fault but a mutual stupidity and a willingness to ignore birth control.

The fact that I have to ask single black women if they have kids when looking to date is a huge pain ass, especially considering that I am in my early 20s. With nearly every other race of girl I mess with, that question isn't even on the radar because it's not a problem. I had to turn down several black women due to kids. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of women with kids if I was dating in the 30s but for me to be barely old enough to drink legally, that shyt is TRAGIC.

I agree young black women need to do better inthat regard.
