I always say that things would get better if the family structure was fixed in the household first.

Single parent homes is probably the biggest issue in the community, its no balance.

I think its the main problem, get a father in there and watch things change.

Pretty much the reason I am educating myself to get something together and putting my family, immediate family, on to the hustle.
We all have talents and can make this shyt happen. I stopped making excuses for this shyt long ago. These people
getting it with sacrifice. A family structure. We argue over the finer details of shyt when the blueprint is right the fukk
there.

:yeshrug:But hey, life is more fun when you scour the internet for black people taking the L and base your life
around that.

People here really don't realize how much they've been brainwashed to be parted with their money.

For one, they have strong family culture. When you have a network of aunts, uncles, brothers, etc., who can put you on, you have a HUGE advantage over someone who is kicked out and whose family never reaches out.

Secondly, the financial advantage is HUGE. If you were kicked out at 18, you are likely going to rack up a ton of debt paying for rent, utilities, etc. Also, all of that housing space is only utilized by you, which is rather inefficient. On the other hand, imagine that Indian kid who is still living at home, but also working and paying his parents money. Instead of having his money go to some landlord, the money is going towards helping his parents pay off their mortgage or helping them pay off some bills while he is living cheaper than he would if he got his own place. So the parent is benefiting and the kid is also benefiting by having a lot more in savings.

With this additional influx of freed up capital, they are then able to pool money with other relatives and close friends to buy up businesses. Once they start buying up these businesses, they hire amongst each other. You have an uncle that owns a hotel? He can hire you and put you in a great position. He can give you a ton of business knowledge that you can't get otherwise... aka knowledge that culminates from DIRECT experience and not from theory in textbooks.

Having a strong family culture, having trust amongst each other and learning to save money by pooling is how they start their own businesses. Mexicans do the SAME thing. They are another race with a very tight knit family structure. People clown Mexicans for being pooled 5+ deep in a house, but these guys work jobs that don't pay that much, but they all work together, save and open up their own businesses and hire each other.

This is a major problem. When I started working after college and was staying at home I definitely was treated differently for living with my folks while I tried to stack. Being in your mid 20s and living with your folks if heavily looked down upon especially by black people. Try hollering at professional black women and let them find out you still live at home with your parents....

This happened to me a few times back in the day :mjcry:

That's why it's important to be strong enough mentally to avoid caring what some broads think and instead have a tangible plan of success that is backed by your reason and analysis. I GUARANTEE you those same broads that were running their mouth before will be back on some, "Heyyyy remember me?" when you actually start reaping the fruits of your labor. Leave them broads in the dust and find one that understands where you are going with your moves.

That's a huge problem in our community. We care too much about what women think and how they will react to this or that move we're making. I think a lot of it stems from the lack of a father figure in the household. A lot of young black men's first source of authority is their MOTHER, so they grow up seeing a woman's opinion as the guiding source for 'success.' Instead of making savvy moves financially and building strong foundations for success, too many brothas are concerned with what the 'hoes' think. "I need me a fly whip, I need me some sharp clothes, I need my own spot, otherwise I can't get no hoes."

Young brothas really need to be taught about the value of money and how to invest it in appreciating ASSETS instead of liabilities or depreciating assets.

If I was married and my wife was a secretary we'd clear 100k easy.

shyt, If she was a librarian making the 50k entry level amount, [73k+50k= 123k]/2= 61.5k

Indians get engineering and science degrees and get married. You take two people clearing 40k and this is where you get your stat.

For blacks to get this stat, they have to go to college and get married. :yeshrug:

Blacks gets married...? Surely you jest.

How would their median annual income look if they were still in Punjabi land?

Truth is, when Coolies move abroad, they take the experience of living in a shytty 1 billion strong slum country and swear they'll never live like rats ever again. Then group up with other coolies and get the ball rolling. When Indian kids get home from school, they continue hitting the books till bed time.

Stop believing the US immigrates poor people. Visas, flights, etc. are expensive. You have to have someone on the other side to sponsor you and they have to demonstrate to the state department that they have enough money to look after you. We aint taking slumdogs.

bingo...a couple who are both working professional should be exceeding the 100 g mark. I also notice that indians tend to marry other indians in their fields not to mention arranged marriages are focused on material equity and proliferation. My neighbour whose an engineer had an arranged marriage with another engineer. For indians, marriage isnt about love but about building wealth and creating a perfect environment for their children to excel. They have different midsets and priorities when compared to blacks or whites. I guess it gives them that wealth advantage, but i dont think most are living life to the fullest.

But blacks aren't living lives to the fullest.
