Bruh nah, that aint eeeven how it works, at all.341 means that 34% of 1% of her blood was alcohol. Basically 0.34% of her blood was alcohol not 34%.
Its nowhere near humanly possible for your blood to be 5% alcohol, let alone 35%

I had a client that blew a .32 SEVEN hours after his last drink. Cops pulled him over driving drunk on his way to work at 10:00 AM. That's the highest BAC I've personally seen. Luckily he's now in a rehab facility in NY.
