I see alot of ppl on here talking about mental health and a lot of ppl who seem socially awkward or anxious.
To give background, I went through a deep depression for 4 years. Isolated myself, and was socially anxious and shy. Super unhealthy.
I'd say around my sophomore year in college I made some huge changes that changed my life. I have never been depressed since, at least not in the sense of feeling like I wasn't alive or cared about live.
I can share exactly what I did and how I beat both... It's worked for 2 of my friends too.
I've posted about it but never went too in-depth.

but some brehs and brehettes have clinical physical issues and differences in their brain that can impact them. The #1 thing to do if you feel depressed is to see someone and get whatever help is applicable.
