I definitely think The Rock is up there....arguably a bigger face than Austin when he was on top, one of the most hated yet entertaining heels of all time and rock and sock connection were definitely a top tag team at the time.....not to mention they still have the highest rated segment in raw history

I wasnt watching at the time obviously given my age (21) and location (france), but i saw bret - taker from Summerslam 97 last week and dude was getting nuclear heat.

Definitely a top tier heel.

I've always been a Rock fan, I've always liked Foley but The Rock N' Sock Connection is not a top team. They had some fun matches and entertaining segments but I can't think of a truly classic match they had. They wouldn't even be in my top 30 teams.
