One Love is criminally slept on and is the best song on the album, one Nas lyrically wrecked that shyt, two it has a deep subject matter is a letter to an incarcerated friend, three Q-Tip came correct on the hook and that beat is ridiculous the xylophone

That's my favorite track. Memory Lane and It Ain't Hard to Tell aren't behind by much, but I'll take One Love everytime.

Great song but definitely not my favorite on the album. It would actually be one of my least favorites but on illmatic that's not a bad thing it's still incredible. My favorites are halftime, life's a bytch, memory lane, represent and ny state of mind

I dunno, like it's dope when I'm in the mood for it, but most of the time it sorta throws off the vibe a bit imo.

never got the hate for one time for .......... too many quotables and love the onorthodox sounding production!!!!!
