brehs did yall see bethea micd up segment ? besides game-saving plays, I think one thing stood out for me is his smarts
dude notices foles tapping on helmet and decides its audible run to the side hes tapping helmet, tells the coach, then sees it again and directs the play

you know this type of shyt that makes a coach smile :to: tomsula was all turnt up after that too

I been harping on Baalke for a while. While he has made some good picks, I feel like he got too damn cute at times with some of the picks. Keep it simple and pick the BPA but instead he was picking projects and sh1t. I'd take Jim over Baalke myself but would just rather tweak both of them and have a great HC/GM tandem.

Remember how rock solid sold he was on AJ Jenkins.

It was like he thought he was picking Jerry Rice.

We're definitely in that same boat, Baalke gets away with a lot, and not too many people come at him.

Because no one, including Niners fans aren't giving the defense the credit it deserves, and are questioning the off-season moves:
Pro Football Focus is ranking Bethea as the top safety in the league (Whiter is 57th :shaq:)

- Saved the go-ahead TD in the 4th
- Stripped the ball from KKKooper
- Made a key INT that deflated the Eagles

Dude is a gamer.

I gotta say, I was wrong as fukk about Bathea.

Thought he was at best gonna be a decent fit, so far he's been a standout player.

why are you ignoring my post though ?
this offense is loaded, theres barely any players baalke could pick in FIRSTt round would be starting right now on this offense with this personnel
baalke had some dud drafts, specifically 2012 but how is he responsible for the offense on the field right now ? literally not a single player from this years first round would be a starter day one on this offense. the only position on offense that isnt great on paper is center.

baalkes job is to assemble talent. he did his job on offense for this year
coaches job is to make something good out of great talent. so far job not done well.
I dont see how can you blame him for offense this particular year. at all. we are absolutely stacked on offense.

the only thing he could possibly be blamed for is trading for gabbert, but something tells me that was jim's idea (and yeah its all just speculation)

The offense definitely has weapons, but hell you can't credit him for Crabs/Davis/Frank or the o-line.

He has made some good moves in FA and trades, but I call him into question when it comes to evaluating college players and drafting

I don't put the offensive blame on him, and where did I say I did? I blamed him for a complete 100% absolute dud draft with no contributions to the team 2 years later. That's a fact, and that's really all I brought up in major criticism of him

fair enough. all Im saying is that right now in my opinion our biggest problem is offense, and theres not much baalke couldve done to make it better, it already should be good.

Honestly i`d say we got a bunch of problems, first and foremost being the penalties and mistakes.

But i`ve been let down more by the defense than the offense this year. But truth be told, I think both sides of the ball are getting to where they need to be.

I`m also still riding the high of Sunday though. this game against KC is a nice barometer game

That was the much maligned Cully that stripped KKKooper.
