People can't process logic and talk LeBron at he same time usually. I once heard I think eye cue say the Heat fukked up by jettisoning a ball movement offense for isolation heavy offense after losing the 2011 finals :snoop:

Doesn't make any sense. Why would a team not maximize the capability of their best player and get the ideal personnel around him?

Post-2011 was when they really embraced going smaller and beating teams with a mixture of defense/transition play and good spacing and ball movement, so saying they went towards an ISO-based offense makes even less sense :mjgrin:Anyone that watched Miami from 2012-14 would say something to that effect

Its sad that these types of posts and articles have to be pointed out but LeBron haters and Kyrie stans only have themselves to blame.

Love, Kyrie, etc don't really deserve to have it rubbed in their faces that they aren't difference makers as individuals. They're very good and can even be the best player on an NBA team (but not a good one). But since people insist on saying mind numbing shyt like Kyrie is the leader or that this is a superteam, their struggles without LeBron can't be ignored.

It's tough to recall. His first two playoff runs in Miami he regularly played what felt like the entire second half while being the top option on both ends of the floor. Most teams don't even consider that.

:childplease: you should know better than to bring facts and data that your research can prove to a lebron debate. It's all about what the narrative says and the eye test :troll:. Even the footage that is catalogued is probably just a bunch of propaganda designed to deceive you :skip:

When their whole premise is that smart basketball decisions are bad, the argument is fukked already

If you cant see me outlining who the shooters are on his squad and how players molded their games to suit Brons, I dont know what to tell you.

Of course you wouldnt get other lead ball handlers to play with Lebron. But thats the point. If your offense is built on Bron spoon feeding everyone, then when he is not on the floor for extended time, the team will suffer. Obviously a great GM puts pieces around his stars to maximize their potential. The point in my posts is that the players that maximize Brons potential are not also players who are built to stand on their own and have success.

Chris Bosh Stats | Basketball-Reference.com

Chris Bosh shot significantly more 3s in Miami his last two seasons, with Lebron nowhere to be found.

Dwyane Wade Stats | Basketball-Reference.com

Dwyane Wade has become a primary 3 point shooter three years after last playing with Lebron.

Kevin Love Stats | Basketball-Reference.com

Kevin Love three point shooting on par as his output in Minnesota.

I guess Kobe having Fisher, Farmar and the Machine were having "shooters" too if we are going to creep and crawl with the goal posts
Farmar and Fisher are "shooters"..?

Sasha you could make a case for but it wouldnt be a strong one cause he barerly played especially while on the court with kobe

To have success, Bron needs shooters around him, so GMs do not add unnecessary ball handlers and play makers to surround him. This is the reason his teams go to crap when he leaves. I am not saying he is not a first ballot hall of fame player, but his value to a team is amplified when his GMs decide to sacrifice ball handling and play making ability for shooting when surrounding him with talent. Similar to the Steve Nash effect, where the value is multiplied due to the way teams are built around him.
Good point but let's not act like Cleveland was last crap before he got there. They did have the number one pick after all. And he got that team to the finals

Bruh, dont be dense. I am talking about the supporting cast. They are all now standstill shooters and defenders. No lead ball handlers. And Wade had to cede most of the ball handling on those Heat teams, and the point guards never handled the ball. Bron's teams have always been built around him the same way.

No one would consider Chalmers or Cole spot up shooters, Wade would be considered the most ball dominant guard for a generation if Kobe didn't exist, so that doesn't compute. None of those players are Mo Williams. How many spot up shots does Kyrie take a game?

Lebron won a ring with a crippled Chris Bosh, an injured playmaker in Dwayne Wade, and Udonis Haslem/Joel Anthony getting started minutes in the hardest series of the playoffs.

How is that surrounding him with shooters?
Mike Miller and Shane Battery were HUGE in that Game 7

Truth. Only dude in the league you can put on any team and they become contenders.

This isn't true. Bron on the Mavs doesn't make them title contenders.

Like @CHICAGO pointed out: The Cavs didn't just add LeBron and become title contenders. They added multiple players and gave away multiple draft picks to acquire them.
