Scarface, NO Joe, and even Bido himself even talk about how he added to the scene but we should believe you eh? Apparently he didn't work on UGK's first album

Ignore Scarface's own words in his book....Ignore Bido who talks positively about him as his mentor and friend....ignore NO Joe's co signing his contributions....

Believe Iron Chin Wilder, the kid who CACs a lot.

Now we're moving the goalposts in typical cac fashion from "he created a sound that people are using today and started off rap-a-lot" to "but...but..people he worked with said nice things about him!"
:russ:

What sound did he innovate or create that rap-a-lot's production staff that was already on board wasn't already doing before he got there? :jbhmm:

And i never said he was a bad producer per-se...but his work with rap-a-lot was mediocre compared to the rest of their production staff. Scarface was a better producer.

And his industry concocted hype far outweighs the quality of his product.

All-in-All fukk dat cracka

What kills me is that if you bring these albums up, these lames will be the first to type out "classic :ohlawd:", then a thread like this happens and they dont even know who was involved in the motherfukker.

Just goes to show you a lot of so-called fans just roll with whatever the consensus is at any given time. Gotta be told what's good and what to like. Wouldn't know a good song if it stomped them out.

shyt is disgusting

Man...yall acting like this cracka was Mannie Fresh or Paul & Juice or some shyt the way yall talking:why:

As if he was similarly carrying the entire rap-a-lot production duties on his back...this muthafukka played a small part in the overall production of their albums...and he was the weakest link in the bunch of rap-a-lot's production staff...while simultaneously being the most hyped :jbhmm:

He had very little to do with why those albums are "classics".

No shyt, Sherlock. Did you smell all the mayo and Mark Wahlberg DVDs in the thread where I posted pics of myself post-brain surgery like a year ago :patrice: ?

Again, you're defending one white guy who takes credit for half of black music, by attacking another. Doesn't make any sense, but okay.

I didn't say he created it hahahah, talking about moving the goal posts. You are trying to move words around to try to help your shytty argument :yeshrug: He was also the sound engineer/mixer on those records as well. Anyone who produces knows the importance of a good engineer and how they can shape records but you wouldn't know any of that apparently....

I said he helped create the sound, which he did. He was there in the studio, he worked on tons of records that made it and tons that did not. Tons that got re-worked and re-used in different ways. Mixed, mastered, added and removed. You didn't quote me because you wanted to try to put words in peoples mouths lol. That's why people are pushing back on you CAC master.

The irony of Jafar's portege @SirBiatch confused between shytting on a guy who influenced his loves ASAP Rocky and Drake or co signing a guy who LOVES K-Rino that he constantly shyts on as a nobody. You don't know shyt about Southern Music, Jafar didn't teach you about that and it's clear

Guys who got into Hip Hop in 2001 don't belong in these types of conversations really.

I guess he had no hand in UGK's early sound. Again, we should ignore Scarface's book, his own words, we should ignore Bido and NO Joe....guys who were there (you werent) co signing him.

Really what this all comes down to is you wanting to be an expert and upset because your opinion doesn't fall in line so you want to pick and choose to look like an expert.

Scarface, Bido, NO Joe > Iron Chin Wilder the K-Rino stan.

Regardless of whether he was the driving creative force behind "The Diary" or whether he just tweaked a few things here and there, a white producer should never put quotes on black music when describing hip hop. He's a guest. Period.

But since we are here...now I want to know exactly what he did or didn't do on the Diary :ohhh:
And Smile and fukk Faces while we're at it.
Some are saying he was important, some saying he did nothing. Let's go song for song.
