Most of the world eats pork and are way healthier than we are collectively... no comparison...... not eating pork is a trend.... and you know we love trends....... My folks had pigs, goats, and chickens..... one of our neighbors still had cows and you know what...... animals are primal as fukk and do filthy shyt.... all of them.....

Old folks ate food they raised forever and were healthy as fukk and could outwork anyone...... but once we got heavy into that processed flour, grains, and sugars.... it was a wrap

I’ve been going on a cleanse for a couple of weeks. Haven’t ate much red meat since I started, most especially pork.
