My family had season tickets for the Nets ever since the Draz, Kenny and DC days. Only gave them up when they moved to Brooklyn. I witnessed, FIRST HARD, what the difference between having a Marbury on ya squad 1 year, and a Kidd the next. And I was/am a SUNS fan. Kidd revitalized NJ like u wouldn't believe. Watching him play with the ragtag group, no disrespect to the Bad Ass Yellow Boy K-Martin, but them nikkas flowed off of Kidd and made 2 straight NBA Finals. Boston had more talent at that time, but Kidd brought the best out of players more than I have EVER seen. More than Nash, Magic and Steph. Great POINT GUARDS can do wonders for a team. That's why I can't put Chris Paul in the elite category. With the talent teams him, there's no reas on he has never made a finals appearance

I still dont know if hes better than Kidd but Lowry is playing without a legit pick n roll option. He still got buckets to be honest his poor play is overstated.
