Find something that is only for you and don't let people make you feel bad about it. For me, it's the drums. Yes, I do 85% of my drumming at my house, where nobody hears me except the neighbors. Yes, I could do better things with that $99/month in lessons. No, I didn't need to buy a pair of used AAX cymbals off eBay when I'd just bought a new set of B8Xs. But you know what? fukk you. I enjoy drumming. It makes me happy. It's mine. That, and video games. "Oh, you're too old to play Skyrim all weekend!" Again, fukk you. I'm the Dragonborn, bytch.

The World, but from BK
How old were you

29

Word. I'm 30 and did a 1 year trip. Canada, Trinidad,Thailand. shyt was great. Great memories.

I can imagine

what countries ? didn't you feel lonely at times, I mean I would need someone to talk to at least ?!

I went to major cities- London, Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam . I stayed in hostels throughout. Best way to travel if solo. You'll be forced to meet people...and in my opinion, a better chance for hook-ups.

Stop spending on the latest trendy fashions.
by the time you hit 30 you'll be over all that
and wish you still all $1000s of dollars you spent trying to be the first one on the block with the Jamaica flag colored Air Force ones. Here is a List of Things I have from my twenties that I still value today.
1- my degree
2-

...... I'll get back to you when I think of something else.

Bruh, the last year year and a half or so I've been spending crazy money on sneakers and the other week someone broke into my spot and stole all my shyt, electronics included.

Reality check for me, those material things don't mean shyt. Buying things is cool but personally I want to spent more money on things that will value over a lifetime.

I came to realize that the only expensive and unnecessary thing that I get a lot of long term enjoyment out of is video games.

the rest of the stuff I eventually get bored of. I had a crazy vhs collection, cd collection, and than a crazy dvd collection.
all that shyt gathers dust now. in fact usually when I want to hear that music or watch those movies now I just hit up youtube and Netflix :deadrose:

and you know what even with the video games I could probably just torrent most the shyt I like for free and play it on my computer :beli:

Don't be that dude that wakes up at 32 years old looking for the "one"

If you find a down female that cares for you, is honest with you, matches your effort in the relationship and y'all can agree to disagree/compromise sometimes then stay with that woman

It's gonna be lonely in your mid thirties sifting thru all the ex college sluts/divorced/single baby mommas looking for that life partner

Good luck

Cut down on expensive clothes cause the fashion these days look cheap.
I didn't cut down on sneakers yet. I'm 26.
I just got a 10 euro shirt and am thinking about getting some more $10-$15 shirts.

I like to tell people. That the best time to meet your future wife is in college. There you will beautiful educated liberal woman. No better market. If you wait until later the quality drops significantly trying to find the one at your local bars and clubs.

No doubt breh. Idk why boys feel they can "build" with a chick in their thirties lmao. Build with a chick who might already have a child. A degree. A career. Responsibilities of her own. Lol. How you build with that? Build young and grow TOGETHER. Learn from each other's mistakes and when y'all 40 together y'all gonna look back like "yo shyt has been crazy hard. But thru it all we was there for each other and with each other" through everything brehs, that's building

Take time to develop and improve yourself for improvements sake. Acknowledge your flaws and if you can't change em:manny: run with that and don't be afraid to poke fun at yourself. There is nothing more magnetic and damn near :whoo:as a person who is not only comfortable in their own skin , can take a joke but is constantly working on self. There is honestly no greater investment than that.
