There is pro and cons to everything.

So...another advice I would give people, educate yourself as much as possible, so you can know the pros and cons instead of taking someone else's word. Why make major decisions based on someone else's opinion? Because what might be right for one person, might not be right for another. Learn the basics, so you can come up with the best strategy instead of following someone else's blueprint.

I say this all the time... Even if i make the same decision as somebody else.. my reasons are not the same as their reasons..

The one last thing I can stress is credit cards. My advice...If u can avoid them do so.. .If u never had one good. Get one from a mall or a mail in.....When the physical card is in your hand. This is what u do. Go to the mall and buy 1 pair of sneakers(or 1 item under $100) with the credit card. Dont buy anything else. When the bill comes pay the bill then cut up the credit card and dont think about getting a credit card till after u graduate or when u are 30. This way when u pay the bill u will establish good credit and as the years build up ya credit will be A1. At 30 u are now more mature to handle a credit card and ya credit score will be excellent. If u are someone who already has habits with credit card spending...Just keep in mind u have to always pay ya bills. Dont mess up ya credit. U keep it clean by paying ya bills...U fukk it up by not paying ya bills. I have no advice for anyone who is wreckless with credit cards.
