I've just gone ahead and bought the song, by the way it does say feat Melle Mel, Grandmaster Caz & Kool Moe Dee on ITunes. Hip Hop 
And as I stated originally (and been proved categorically right) that Mel, Caz and Moe will get more exposure cause of this. And that is GREAT for Hip Hop, we need to get back in touch with the roots of this shyt and the essence and not forget about our true legends and pioneers and also importantly some VERY dope MC's and artists. I would take a new album from either or their group album over pretty much every mainstream artist/release right now. They can rhyme ill, got content, flavour, they are dope and they deserve all the shine they are getting and MUCH more. This should have been done and more ages ago, we need to uplift and raise the legends and pioneers not disrespect them. People that don't give a fukk about Hip Hop will do what they do, but if you love this shyt don't see how you can't be happy for some of these brothers. Helping introduce them to a new generation, and even bring them back into prominence of the minds of others too. As soon as they release their collaborative effort it's an instant cop without question...
Some people are letting their personal preferences and opinions regarding a song distort their vision of a much more important picture. If you don't like the song you just don't have to listen to it, but why diss? When it's featuring and giving shine to some of the pioneers and legends who truly deserve it. Then you'll wonder why Hip Hop's in a fukked up state, because someone tries to actually feature them and gets hate, I will be supporting this and encouraging others to do so.
Thankfully though in real life the feedback is much more mixed and a lot of people are fukking with the song also. Even online I've seen it rated 4.5 stars. out of 5.

It hasn't been done for a while, what other mainstream song in 2015 featured Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee and Grandmaster Caz as a single? When did they last perform at the VMA's? And when did they last appear on mainstream talkshows spiting? Most songs nowadays are forgotten months after, the fact these legends are being exposed to millions is a great thing. 11 million plus views and counting
