If a guy says "sign with my management company instead of that other guy, I can have you opening for my bigger artist on tour this summer" the artist is gonna go with it and he's not gonna tweet "my new management put me on tour with their other client!" They are just gonna say they got added to the tour and act like the headliner picked them off the strength of their music
