I do barbell raises in the squat rack, dumbbell raises, seated barbell raises, calf raise machine, nothing works. My legs got shredded like old newspaper but didn't actually grow :why:

How do you brehs do T-Bar rows? Rows are one of my good lifts so I go pretty heavy. On regular rows things are fine, but on T-Bar rows the handle starts to rip into my hands. I can't finish the rest of my sets because my hands are bleeding. How do you guys work around this? And please don't tell...
