Regular weight lifting is annoying as fukk. Muscle progress is slow, and I don't feel strong with it.
I can cut just fine, but bulking never works for me :francis:
I read doing calisthenics everyday is helpful with this stuff. What do yall think?

Been lifting regularly without any structured prpgram for the past 4 years (muscle imbalances and injuries have ruined my ability to stick to a program)
So I have muscles some muscles, just not as good as I should be.
I look like the 25% guy in this picture...
