I don’t wanna miss out on money but when should I sell? How do I know?
Just don't get greedy. Like with any investment - have an entry and exit point.
If you not in it for the long run set an amount you are looking to make and dip out at that point no matter what.

Truthfully although we all "investing here" it seem's like for some of us in this thread we are leaning more on the side of gambling because we truly don't really have that level of experience yet. So treat it like that, don't be the guy that up, then gambles more loses his profits and then gambles more to get the profits only to now be in the negative.
I'm slowly learning, but I do know that with bitcoin and a few other's over all this is a longer term investment for me personally.
Link back over $8 since that drop on the 20th. Lets see if it pushes thru and keeps going. Might hit 8.15 this weekend.

ya $12k and if broken then $12.4k may be key points to watch on the way to $14-15k
if not then a pullback to $10-11k
If you're in the US --- Binance.us and Kraken are probably your best bet for an exchange. Get an account approved through Gemini, as well. They don't do any of that bullshyt that Coinbase tends to do.

A few of us are on LINK. @Low quality poster riding XRP. I got some ATOM. Bitcoin of course is still king. All depends on how much you got to play with. Spread it out amongst some coins. Whole market is green.
