Guess I should stop asking for dips. :sadcam:
This is a good opportunity, but of course I’m sitting here like “will it go lower”.

And even still, this isn’t that crazy of a dip.

If xrp gets back to $1.90/$2 like in the Spring then I know there’s a major event lol

Thoughts?
The device itself is sleek and modern very small nice magnetic case. It’s easy to transfer funds. You don’t see much on the device screen itself, you see your stuff on the Ledger Live app. It comes with 3 papers where you write your 24 secret recovery words.

Someone told me I should have got Trezor or Coldcard because Ledger isn’t open sourced but fukk it too late I ain’t tripping.

Eh, you really cannot go wrong with any of them. I’ve owned Trezors since 2014 when the Trezor One was first released and currently have all four models. The downside, however, is (i) the lack of QWERTY keyboard which makes for a tedious experience for those like myself with long passphrases, and (ii) the 50-character passphrase limit.

As far as the whole open-source debate goes, Coldcard is by far the most secure cold storage for BTC and yet it’s not fully open source.. not anymore, anyway. Go figure! My wife and I have the Coldcard Q (and our kids the Trezor Safe 3). We’re looking for something similar to the Q – fully equipped with a QWERTY keyboard – but for our ETH.

I’m contemplating between the Ledger Stax and the Ledger Flex.. or even the Tangem.. but holding out for the time being so hopefully Trezor can get their act together.. :smh:

Thanks for the review. :tu:

Well that was a nasty liquidity sweep, huh? a $1 billion cascade in under an hour. But just remember that volatility is the price you pay for the world’s best performing asset.

DAMN .... OTHER DAY I WAS CONSIDERING TO SELL AND REBUY AND GOT SHOOK

:snoop:
There’s always another trade.. no one expected such a sweep so we gotta leave the coulda, woulda, shoulda alone. Worst case scenario, since we broke that $4,200 support it’s possible we see $3,800 (finding support at the next high-volume node; there’s a gap from $4,150 to $3,800) or even $3,600 (the 21-week EMA) before rallying to cycle highs.

If you remember last cycle, ETH found its summer bottom at $2,648 on September 21, 2021 before rallying 85% in 50 days to the cycle top of $4,877 on November 10, 2021.

Now let’s enjoy this beautiful New Year with our families and regroup for prosperity..

I copped the Ledger Flex a couple of months ago after Ledger announced they sunsetted the Nano.
It's nice. I'm sure it doesn't hurt to have multiple hardware wallets.

I’m leaning toward the Flex as the Stax is supposedly a glorified Flex with a more sleek design but slower and less responsive display, the Flex being on-par with an Android.

Side note, I just ordered a Sats Boy for the nostalgia 😭
