Coinbase is only useful for buying bitcoins to trade elsewhere. I buy Bitcoin off coinbase then trade it at binance.

The “label” is nothing more than you giving that particular address a name for future use. Long as the address is right, you’re good but I do recommend making a spreadsheet of all your exchange/wallet addys for safe keeping.
