ICX is the Korean ethereum, he put the bag up cause Koreans support their own and realistically it could be $100-200 by the end of the year, they're launching mainnet on Jan 31st. I wish I could have been in that ICO cause 2500 ICX was being sold for 1 eth, which at the time was about $400


ICX will most likely make him filthy rich, those portfolio pictures are gonna start looking like NBA contracts by the end of the year.
