Should be connected automatically if you have your wallet linked on there. Are you using metamask? Uniswap doesn't hold your coins, from what I believe.

Send BNB to your Trust Wallet, swap it to Smart Chain in DEX, open DApps, go to Pancake Swap, and swap the Smart Chain into SafeMoon. There's a handful of videos on YouTube that give you a visual step by step.
