and i can always find capital breh... just gotta network and convince people you're smart enough to make them more money...

plus i do not have any expenditures and don't pay for any of the shyt you do to survive.

i wanna know and have my questions answered and if i deem it is actually feasible.
i would do your idea,...yet, if it is some real estate bullshyt.
there is no profit i find acceptable.
plus, i do not do long envelope of close style business.
so real talk,..what are you doing in a worse off economic climate and landscape in philly.
i can readily and easily translate to fast quick painless profitability with a small envelope of consistent residual closing time.
with very little prospecting, and small start up capital that is relatively feasible.
if, you can not answer that,....then take your conman special gloating ass thread and stuff it up your ass.
real talk,..i could do a number of things to be rich.
the problem is risk,.....
what are you talembout that entails as little risk as possible?
if you can not answer that,..then you are a conman...

then when he needed to keep it going.
