I’ve walked 90k steps since last Saturday about 39.4 miles. I’m trying to get to over 100k today and over 50 miles by tomorrow.
Yeah I gotta get the discipline to go on morning runs. Not sure how you get so many steps In the officeOn days I go into the office, I walk around a lot. On days I'm working at home, I start at with a 2-2.5 mile walk at 6am and then go about my day. I've been trying to incorporate light workouts (gradually increasing).
Like so far today I've done around 7500 steps (Did a 3 mile walk listening to podcast this morning)
For the most part I'm left to myself so in an hour I'll do like 45-50 minutes of focused work and then get up and go the restroom/snack room for like ten/15 minutes. I'm low-key heated.
I have a polar stride footpod that I use in conjunction to my watch. They don't make them anymore and I can't find any for sale. None on eBay, Amazon, nothing. I want a second one for my other pair of shoes.
