My goal for 10K steps and soon 12K is more so about rewiring my day to day to get more activity. Wearing a weighted vest underneath my dress shirts for work would have me sweating bullets before my 9am daily stand up

I've been doing 10k a day for a few years now and I'm trying to bump that up to 12k a day. I don't know why it's harder for me to find those extra 2k of steps.

Crazy how close my steps been by the week.

Last week I was only 79 steps fewer than the previous week.
This week I was only 708 fewer than last week.

Still averaging 18k a day for the month. Working a lot at my PT job for the next week so I won't touch what I've been hitting, but as long as I hit that 10k mark I'm good wit it.

Thinking to myself, I FINALLY HIT 6 MONTHS STRAIGHT OF 10,000 STEPS...

So this is day 184, and I just crossed 10K about an hour ago.

Why does it say X2 (2 days in a row), and not X184?
