shyt....but it does prove that if Africans had the right soccer infrastructure, they would dominate the sport.
That's all I see it as.

Not enough infrastructure (pitches and money in individual football leagues) and tactical training for African managers and players on the continent itself.

Less about infrastructure and more about governance and player development.

There's also no consistency with African teams. Wouldn't even surprise me if no single team that qualified for this World Cup qualifies for the next World Cup.
