This is how I know that rumor is bullshyt, The proposed trade in this scenario is impossible without Philadelphia giving back the #10 pick in return. Therefore it would have to be, Young, MCW and the #10 pick for basically just the 7th pick because Nash is washed.
That's a compete robbery of the Sixers, our GM should be fired if he makes that deal
Heard he will be released/retire if he is moved. Said he don't wanna move his kids around anymore.

some trades won't go down until after the draft. others will happen on draft day as they watch and see who falls to the picks they wanna trade to.

If it's a matter of just sending thad over that's fine. Bucks could pick Wiggins - I think they want parker but who knows. Thad isn't part of our future anyway, he won't be getting another contract here

There is a way around the league rules so that the sixers wont' have to trade their 10th pick.
"the Lakers cannot trade away their first-round pick this year without taking back either a first-round pick this year or next year, since they have already traded away their first-round pick next year, and NBA rules dictate that team cannot go two years without a first-round pick. The Lakers could take a player and then trade him to the Sixers, but a swap of a Sixers player or players for the No. 7 overall pick cannot go down before the draft unless the Sixers include either No. 10 this year or a future first round-pick,"
Basically the Lakers would draft for the sixers at number 7 and then trade him after the draft. The sixers would have to give up the 10th pick if they wanted to trade before the draft.
