That's not what would happen. Lakers would pick Gordon on our behalf and trade him to us along with Nash for mcw and maybe thad. The 10th pick isn't being traded

I see there's a way around the rules
Edit: the Lakers cannot trade away their first-round pick this year without taking back either a first-round pick this year or next year, since they have already traded away their first-round pick next year, and NBA rules dictate that team cannot go two years without a first-round pick. The Lakers could take a player and then trade him to the Sixers, but a swap of a Sixers player or players for the No. 7 overall pick cannot go down before the draft unless the Sixers include either No. 10 this year or a future first round-pick,

Not sure about this. I feel like the Lakers need a big or a point guard before another wing player. Unless they sign Jordan Hill or Pau Gasol, and sign a Point Guard
