Ok so a team like Philly is like 30 mill under the cap. League rules are you have to be 90% of the salary cap. With most of their squad rookies, how they gonna spend that extra cash to get to that level.
I know of a player that Philly fans can get to spend up some of that space and get a good 1st rounder next year.9 milly

Keeping Beal isn't the issue. Adding a Kevin Durant is and Grunfeld is about to mess it all up

It's not really a dream when his contract is up he still wouldn't have won anything so I see no reason why this couldn't happen.
