Lmao at people acting like beal is a bum, he's the Wizards only scorer

thats like one of those compliments that really isn't a compliment....Hes the best scorer but doesn't actually lead them in scoring type of deal....Im sure Beal will become healthy eventually but he hasn't shown me that he's an allstar quality players....Wall is a star and has been willing that team to the success it has had.....And Gortat is productive.

He still would be the playmaker for the team until he no longer has that role. Same applies to every other general role. My question would be to you - out of all the players you consider "defensive anchors", who is at the bottom of that list?
No, he'd be considered a liability :heh: and who has been least effective at anchoring defenses? I have no idea cause I don't watch all 30 starting centers and try to rank them over one another from 1-30.

With things in mind such as poor defensive personnel, inept coaching, injury, etc, I will say if you lead a defense in the bottom 10 of the league, or if you're bottom 10 in your on/off-court defensive stats, you're not a defensive anchor. Unless you pull out some numbers showing Hibbert gave the Lakers at least a top 20 defense while on the floor I'm not about to concede to him being a defensive anchor.

:dwillhuh:

But he'd still be the playmaker for the team until he no longer had that role. Why are you making this harder than it needs to be? Another question, do you consider Whiteside and/or P.Gasol to be defensive anchors?

i) You don't have to be a center (or start for that matter) to anchor a defense
ii) I'm not asking you to rank centers from 1-30 - I'm just asking you out of the players you consider to be defensive anchors, who would be at the bottom of the list (if you can't decide on one, name as many as you want).
