John Wall don't want to play for yall, Beal won't make it into the season--he the Tony Romo of guards in the NBA, you got no depth, your situation at the 3 is straight up ass Otto Porter weak and Oubre a pretty boy with no game, Gortat got no backup, your breath smell like dookie, and you constantly make dumb choices.

Yeah I don't know what Orlando is doing, but the only opportunity for minutes for Hezonja are behind Fournier and Aaron Gordon. And that's with Meeks and possibly Jeff Green stealing some.

He has got to show more of his game besides being a shooter.

Jeff Green has been terrible for years now. No way he gets major PT short of politics in the front office/coaching staff.

I think it's also important to look at the wins in these projections. Like the bucks are 0.1 wins behind charlotte and 0.5 wins behind washington could easily end up 5th.

On the other hand, they aren't far ahead of some of the teams behind them and my personal projection actually had them 9th (not as sophisticated as Pelton's but based on different factors + diminishing returns and all that)

The minimum team salary, which is set at 90% of the Salary Cap, is $84.729 million for the 2016-17 season.
NBA salary cap for 2016-17 set at $94.143 million

I think like going over.. u pay a premium.. for not being manual competitive..

if you are under the amount needed to get to 90% is distributed among the players on your team, so it's really not a big deal.
for example if the minimum is 84 million and your total salary is only 80, you still pay 4 more million and distribute that amount amongst the players on the team. That amount does not count against the cap and it is also a way to buy some favor from your players.

I had them 5th as well. They did get better on the shprt term. the prob is they hamstrung their future flexibility. When Anderson is older and if Gordon gets injured those contracts are going to look horrible. Plus now they probably won't have max cap room to add another star. Really doesn't seem like a Morey move,I saw him in Vegas and he defended the moves but I still think it was pressure from ownership
