This ain't the 50s. You are not scaring the majority of the people boogie man words anymore. All Bernie has to do is pitch is populist message to the country and they will understand it.
People may not be able to articulate it, but they feel they have been getting the short end of the stick for a very long time now.
The last two Presidents have run as populists.

It's an outright lie. Bernie has a D- grade from the NRA and has pushed for an assault weapons ban for 30 years. He's more sympathetic to law-abiding gun owners than most Democrats, but it would be a gigantic stretch to make a direct connection from any of his moderate positions to the Parkland shooting, especially when even the gun laws he did support couldn't get passed.

Dems are going to straight-up conservatives for their opinions on Bernie now? This guy was a Republican staffer, teaches at the Naval War College, and gives speeches to the Heritage Foundation.
And he'd still vote for Bernie over Trump!
His entire take-down of Bernie only includes 4 quotes. The are 2, 5, 7, and 19 words long, and not one of them was even embarrassing. He was a mayor on a diplomatic cultural exchange at a time when we were trying to welcome Russia's transition towards the rest of the world, and that's exactly what he sounds like.
p.s. - so long as we're doing a take-down of health care systems, compare Cuba to all those capitalist countries of similar income levels (or even parts of the South in the fukking USA) and get back to me about how we have nothing to learn.
