Um, so Establishment types call for unity and hatred of Donald Trump is only contingent on Bernie being nice to them? Good to know, that is also a plus for Progressives because it would expose out spoken stances by Establishment types as complete bullshyt. Chess not checkers fam.
Keep dividing instead of unifying and watch the "establishment" bush Biden and coalesce around Pete or Warren. That scenario more than a brokered convention is the biggest threat to Bernie. :sas2:

What about 2012? Putin preferred Obama over Romney? Speak on it. lol
:comeon:

For much of the same reason he prefers your girl Tulsi over any of the other candidates. A young green politician who is openly saying and accusing the other candidates of over exaggerating Russian influence and interference. Romney was hard on Putin and Obama felt like he wasn't as much of a threat as Romney was declaring. A mistake Obama has admitted to.

Way to be overly disingenuous, especially considering all of the candidates with the exception of the "White Pants Suit" would agree Vlad is an evil villain with an agenda.

Dividing is such a Pete talking point. The man who's been knocking on the most doors & getting the most donations & volunteers is the one that not unifying. :gucci:

Him not talking nice to establishment dems who have been outright saying they're going against him this entire process is supposed to hurt him how exactly?:unimpressed:

Honestly this is a DC talking point. Voters don’t aren’t really turned off by Bernie going at the establishment or at least not nearly as much as establishment folks think. Bernie saying he’s taking on the DNC establishment may make the Jason Johnsons and James Carvilles of the world clutch their pearls but voters don’t care.

Just looked it up and you are right. I knew he supported a book that mentioned a primary to Obama. I didn’t know he was considering doing it himself. I really don’t know how he can flip this. Especially in SC and other southern states.
It’s been pretty well documented that he was only considering it because Obama and Biden wanted to cut social security. Bernie literally marched on the White House with protesters over this. Social Security ended up not getting cut. This is an easy one to spin into a W. Biden is ineffective enough to think that’s a good line of attack

This clip is good money. If Warren can pull off a couple of better than expect results before Super Tuesday then baiting trump into saying something foolish could give her some extra momentum to work with. I don’t think she can afford to limp into Super Tuesday but maybe that debate performance gives her the bump she needs. Get the two most progressive candidates to be the front runners.

If you think that's what I meant you missed my point. Of course not, it's a terrible system. And the fact that it's a terrible system is the exact reason why a third party can't win right now. I hope some day it will change, but the number one priority is getting Trump and the Republicans the fukk outta here before we make any kind of sweeping reform. Bernie made the right strategic decision running democratic IMO. If he ran independent, all he would do is get over-scrutinized and lose votes.
I'm not even sure why you're debating that. If he won as a Dem and became President though, he could go back to independent and win though

I just don't think we should run our country based on what some foreign actor thinks. How about you? If we elect someone who is better for us and Putin also prefers them (like Obama) we should. :yeshrug:

Yeah, I feel like you try to turn this story into a point that Bernie was fighting for social security. Could be good for outreach to older voters who are really the demographic he needs to do better with at this point. He’s caught up or leading everywhere else.
