Fukk your corny debates
Ok, so why is your ire only aimed at one side of the discussion? I wasn’t talking to myself. You’re trying too hard. I don’t care if it’s brought up, but 5 days of that shyt in this thread is laughable![]()

If I remember right, you’re the one who started the whole thing on Friday or Saturday, you’ve posted the same 2-3 YouTube videos and walls of text about it - we get it...if he brought it back up today, then yea, that was pointless. But you could’ve stopped replying about it just as easily.Ok, so why is your ire only aimed at one side of the discussion? I wasn’t talking to myself.
It’s a legit issue for discussion. If I remember right, you’re the one who started the whole thing on Friday or Saturday, you’ve posted the same 2-3 YouTube videos and walls of text about it - we get it...if he brought it back up today, then yea, that was pointless. But you could’ve stopped replying about it just as easily.
But y’all two have both been doing too much with that, it’s clear y’all don’t agree. Writing 3-4 paragraph replies to each other over and over is pointless
I think Warren will have an easier time winning over black women than black men.
That’s my Cherokee goddess
This is a top to bottom incredibly sad post.Being a capitalist has little to no bearing on the Israeli-Palestinian crisis, so I'm not seeing why that would stand in the way of conditioning military aid to Israel. There's capitalists on both sides of this issue. Warren wants to withdraw immediately from Afghanistan and reorient US foreign policy in the middle east so as to reduce the influence of Saudi Arabia, does that mean she's less of a believer in the power of markets?
There are endemic problems with the late-stage capitalism of our era, and it warrants significant critique, but I've noticed a lot of people lazily just throwing out "capitalism" as the answer to complex problems.
Yemen: Against the Saudi actions in Yemen, co-sponsored Bernie's bill.
Syria: Withdraw troops immediately.
Libya: No idea.
Not sure what this exercise was supposed to prove...
This is funny because Elizabeth Warren has made internationalizing the progressive movement a pillar of her trade policy. She's advocated using America's biggest weapon, it's economic heft, to force progressive concessions around labor rights, human rights, environmental rights, women's rights, etc from nations that want access to the American market. It's as strong, if not stronger, a specific commitment to internationalizing the progressive movement as any other candidate has made. Although I'm not exactly sure what Bernie's specific plan is re: internationalization of the movement and would appreciate any resources. I remember previously hearing about Bernie teaming up with Yanis Varoufakis to create an international left-wing organization to combat the wave of right-wing movements, which is a fantastic idea, but I haven't heard anything about that organization since, and he has never mentioned it during this campaign.
I believe that Sanders has stronger convictions about foreign policy, but the idea that they're more different than alike and occupy radically different foreign policy lanes is spurious. Y'all acting like Warren is Hillary Clinton, launching coups, pushing for regime changes, voting for the Iraq war, etc. That's what a genuinely different lane looks like, not Liz waffling on conditioning aid to Israel. Especially when Bernie's history on this issue isn't so clean either. He's not Noam Chomsky, she's not Hillary Clinton.
Bro most people couldn't even tell you who in their life voted for Bernie during the primaries. Every caricature about Bernie voters comes from nikkas beefing with other people on Twitter. Twitter.I keep trying to pound the point home that a small but vocal contingent of Bernie supporters are being used to characterize the whole collective when a vast majority are reasonable but with politics to the left of the general public. If you hear them out, it's typically founded in real strategic differences and nothing disingenuous (Michael Brooks is exhibit A of being mischaracterized btw). We can critique Warren and still treat her as well to the left of any realistic options we've had in a long time...we SHOULD be debating strategy and going in on the more in depth aspects of the issues where we share a same goal.
This is a top to bottom incredibly sad post.
1. You CANNOT be a capitalist and an anti-imperialist.
2. Capitalism is not simply a theory of markets
3.@ internationalizing the progressive movement. IT ALREADY EXISTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES. It's called social democracy. The real leftist movements include: democratic socialism, socialism, communism, libertarianism (the real philosophy, not the white boy American kind), and anarchism.
4. Your description of Yemen, Syria, and Libya on military terms exposes you for the same neo con shyt that is emblematic of Tusli supporters. You guys never see foreign policy from the perspective of those living in the moment fighting for self determination. Your foreign policy analysis is simple minded and short because you will always see it as a troops, money, and bills kind of thing.
Whatever. Y'all love genocide until a Republican is behind it.
I can do this all day. Y'all don't reeeeally want to have these conversations.
Typo? Did they mean white wine moms
Warren will have no problem winning over black men who vote.I think Warren will have an easier time winning over black women than black men.
It’s going to be maddening seeing all the TLR threads about Tariq Nasheed calling her a white supremacist if she’s the nominee.
