You’re arguing in bad faith.
“This critique” you’re referring to is a provision of her bill, that isn’t even near the biggest criticism of it. The most major criticisms of it are that a head tax is unevenly distributed to toward lower wage workers vs. a payroll tax, and that it is undoable because businesses will avoid the head tax by outsourcing, contracting, and moving workers to firms with less than 50 people. That in turn will lead to the head tax having to go up to make up the lost revenue and death spiral of outsourcing/head tax increasing. Never mind the legal changes needed to the IRS and immigration.
