Why Did Veterans Affairs Not Run From Transitional Shelters? — Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless

In fact the VA has officers to help veterans that are homeless and/or haven't signed up for VA benefits. They are called "County Veteran Service Officers". Anytime a hospital gets a veteran that doesnt have VA benefits they call the VA and/or their local Veteran Services Officer could come to the hospital and they'll enroll the veteran in VA benefits. https://www.nacvso.org/

Hospitals are literally provided with the number to call their local "County Veteran Service Officer" so that officer can come to the hospital when the vetern is there.

You don't need a Presidential Candidate and Senators to sign you up for VA benefits. Theres a national program in place for this same issue, every hospital has this information in case they need to bill the VA.

This is a blatant and obvious PR stunt. :hhh:

You still show no proof. That information is there but do you know how many sick veterans don't know of those resources?

dude what r u talking about? That’s exactly why the program exists for people that don’t know. A hospital cares about getting paid. Anytime a veteran visits a hospital they will try to bill the va.

in fact the veterans service officer program, is the program Warren and Biden want to copy & implement to enroll poor people automatically in their “public option” plans.


This is a well known national program.


Every candidate has bullshyt PR stunts, including Biden and Warren. It’s not even that big of a deal that Bernie did this.

It’s just a lie. Every candidate lies, don’t take it personally.
